Try the BMS data cable instead of bluetooth. I had a ton of weird issues before I just went to the cable. Note you also can't use any normal serial->USB cable, it has to be the BMS one.

@terry, can we get a flash that is compatible with the newest Mobile app? It won't flash the 3B binary you have listed, nor will it connect to it.
