Meth and water, separation? -
09-01-2018, 03:48 PM
Hello friends,
Is there any issues with meth and water mixtures separating?
Think in summer when hot (trunk) and winter when sub 0.
Let's assume for arguments sake it's 50/50 and the car can sit up to 3 days.
I've not heard of people complaining, but not sure there are a lot of -25c users.

No because they're miscible substances.
The only reason your mix ratio will change once introduced, is by venting your tank to the atmosphere, leading to evaporation of the methanol.
