Hopefully one of you SME's can help me out...I've been running map 6 recently and everything feels great, just wanted someone to take a look at one my logs and my Map 6 settings. Thanks.

Raise your FOL to 90, Richard...that helped me. I'm also in talks with a company about a stage 2 LPFP. N54's need a stage 2 at our power levels and/or to better run E85 mixes so I figure best follow in their footsteps.

Is there a wastegate rattle fix? Mine went from fine one day to REALLY bad :/ I read something likely N54 related since it didn't work but I adjusted Future Use D from 0 up to 99...still rattles. I read something else about steering wheel controls (not controllable via the app) in settings 10, 11 & 12 but they didn't explain how/why, let alone if it's even available on our firmware.
Bump for anyone who might know...

I need help with the installation of 4 Bar TMAPs. I installed them last night, plugged in "2" into the TMAP section under user adjustment and drove around in town today and got safety mode due to boost over safety threshold. I believe the voltage reading is incorrect unless I'm pushing 26psi in 2nd gear...
The TMAPs are originally for N54 but after speaking with BMS customer service and a BMS "engineer" they said it will definitely work, just switch the mode in user adjustment. So I ordered them and installed them. It is likely worth noting that I'm running a Velos 2+ tune and was operating JB4 in map 1. I just had the turbos upgraded with larger compressor wheel and clipped turbine also.

Reason: Add info
What's the 2 setting you're referring to? My first thoughts are this screen where you need to set N20 to 1.
The app doesn’t list “2” but the 4 bar support forum and the JB4 computer interface list the 3.5 bar tmap as “1” and the 4 bar as “2.” However, I believe these settings are supposed to be based off of the stock N54 2.5 bar tmap adjustment and not our stock 3.5 bar tmap. I’ll change the setting to “1” and see how it goes but the voltage offset should still be different. I think a custom offset setting would be needed?
Changed the TMAP setting to "1" and did a run in map 1 but don't believe it worked since the boost still went up to 23.3psi...right before it dumped a 3108 Charging Pressure control 2 Leakage code and went limp mode. The code isn't new...I've been throwing it while running map 1 with JB4 active.
I went to map 4, on my own, and did another run with velos flash tune only. I got 18.7 psi and did not throw a code. Maybe stupid question...do the tmap settings work in any map or only map 6 or only active maps?

I have not. I emailed the BMS support email and they said since it is S63 that this is the only forum they will answer my questions on. Hopefully it's a simple fix so I didn't waste $300.
I bought these because I thought maybe my boost leak codes were errors from the sensors. I've already replaced all the vacuum lines and solenoids and had wastegates rebuilt. The codes only show with JB4 active...not under normal flash tune. Only things left are wiring issue and wastegate adjustment. I'll try those this weekend. I would like to make sure that these sensors are reading properly through my trouble shooting though.
I firstly wonder about basic settings for custom map.
F.ex. 2nd map for M5 has 22 psi peak, while X M e71 has only 15. How to get maximum from X M on M5 sized turbos using JB4?
Custom mapping isn't really going to work for the S63. Just run map1 or map2 and enjoy the gains.

I alternate between Map 1 and Map 6 because for some reason the max boost tapers down from 21psi to like 15psi slowly after a week or two until I switch maps...why it does this is beyond me. Map 6 I have maxed out at 21psi...anything above that and I'll get a debilitating limp mode w/ overboost codes that won't clear via the JB4, forcing me to clear it with my laptop or the Carista app.

I hope my turbos are capable to blow even more than 21. What is the main config blocker for setting it?
Have you changed any parameters except boost? You advised FOL 90. What else can we try?
Capable, sure. For how long, TBD. S63TU stock turbos are flowing around 25psi before being maxed out, but they're also different enough from S63 turbos that might allow them to do so easier. So far I only know one person who's installed the increased bar boost sensors commonly used on N54's but had no luck.
If I had it figured out, I'd have posted it already. At this point I just hope Terry gets bored enough one day to help us past this hurdle, in the meantime 21psi it is.
