JB4 shows nothing -
04-16-2022, 05:05 PM
Hey there.
After installation my JB4 on M2C '21 (iOS App, OS version is 15.4.1 + carplay enabled if it matters somehow) not showing any info at "Display page". Sometimes it show boost and something else, but nit RPM, sometimes only RMP.
Also I have Bit6:Passive Delete option enabled (Im outside of USA as you can see by my English language level ), but today "check engine" error comes. I have down*pipes and im 99% sure thats the reason.
Logs shows nothing when reading, so I can't delete it as well. Also when I change maps, if i choose 1 for example, sometimes it still 0 and need to re-choose again.
Can someone please guide me what we did wrong and where should we take a look?
Thanks in advance.

Did the jb4 log correctly from a laptop connection? If so, I'd email the mobile support folks. They are good about responding quickly

OK makes sense, anything else on CANbus could conflict if using same address.

If they conflict then they can't be used together.
