Nice! Have a clean before after run at the same boost level so we can see what the manifold added?

I don't have an apples-to-apples comparison unfortunately. I'll be going back on a 70*F day and doing some pulls at 29psi from 2K RPM. That should give me a good idea of power gained with the manifold.

Is that intake manifold cast aluminium? They would obviously machine the part afterwards too.
DON'T buy VRSF D.Ps or inlets! FBO, E85 Walbro 450, xHP trans flash

Yes, it's cast (I'm assuming aluminum). It has been machined after casting.

Can’t wait to Dyno mine. Still not a fan of the fuel rail setup...

Without a before dyno run, this is basically a sales blurb.

Yeah I'm interested but hestitant. Without apples to apples comparison it's hard to justify it for unknown performance gains. Turbo cars can be very deceiving if the conditions arnt the same as far as dynos go. Cosmetically it looks amazing though, no doubt.

We have fixed the clocking but now it has caused all kinds of drain location issues. Having to fab up a metal drain pipe

10AN fitting will not fit at all now so we moved back to 5/8 line just to start it. The big problem is how close the line is to all the hot parts and touching, line will not survive for 10 minutes. So we are still playing around but I think the answer is to fab a 5/8 metal line to avoid issues long term

When it was overclocked we had a straight down 10AN to 10AN to the block utilizing a Vader-like block converter. Post reclock @ 12 we no longer can route against the block so we literally have to go down then curve threw the manifold to get to the drain which now creates the issue at hand. So the only option we can think of is a metal line to mitigate it.

Honestly I am not here to knock Jon but I have sent a few emails... Also there are three variables here: One this is a one off kit to accommodate a 1.0 AR hot side, Two its a 1M which could factor in ... maybe/maybe not, Third his how the kit was built especially how it splits out the screamer since the front dumps near the IC and doesn't route back near the rear screamer like most other kits. I have had to route a lot of custom lines to get the kit to work.
So not to hijack this thread but yeah let me know if you have advice here :-)

Did he respond to you at all? On the front dump tube you should be able to mount it to the rear, I was able to do that because mounting it up front by the fmic didn't make sense to me and it cleared. Multiple fabricators and the kit not being mass produced will create a small margin of error, nonetheless your happiness as a customer is what matters the most.

Not yet, I can try again....
Honestly I am not mad, I knew going into this it was likely not going to be a 100% bolt on experience. We did try to turn the front screamer to the rear, it just wont work on my side so we are fabbing a new one to dump in a better location. The biggest concern is the impossible oil return location without having horrible clocking.

You've tried twisting and turning the dump tube as a you try to place it to the rear? What's getting in the way? I'd email him or send him a text through messenger

Ill need to take a pic, WG clocking + Front Screamer clocking just doesn't clear the manifold.
